In these conditions, when ignition of these substances takes place, it would cause the&nbsp;<strong>total propagation<\/strong> of combustion throughout the environment affected by the mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EX zones<\/strong>&nbsp;are defined by the presence of gas, mist or vapor as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zone 0:<\/strong>\u00a0A location where an explosive atmosphere of gas, vapor or mist is present continuously or for extended periods of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zone 1:<\/strong>\u00a0A location where an explosive atmosphere is likely to occur in normal operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zone 2:<\/strong>\u00a0A location where an explosive atmosphere is not likely to occur in normal operation, and if it does occur, it is likely to occur only infrequently and for short periods of time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/irontech-group.com\/?utm_source=Mailchimp&amp;utm_campaign=News%20ATEX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IRONTECH<\/a> has designed a family of <a href=\"https:\/\/irontech-group.com\/en\/atex-pc-full-ip65\/\"><strong>ATEX Full IP65 316L Stainless Steel<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/irontech-group.com\/en\/atex-panel-pc\/\"><strong>Wall-Mount ATEX Panel PCs<\/strong><\/a> for <strong>Zone 2 (ATEX)<\/strong>, which is currently in the certification process.<br>For more information, please contact our sales team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The&nbsp;ATEX Directive&nbsp;describes which type of equipment and environment is allowed in order to work in an explosive atmosphere.
