The PROTEx-M is Irontech’s full IP65 ATEX industrial monitor, manufactured in 316L stainless steel and fully sealed. Certified intrinsically safe for ATEX zones 2 and 22. Designed for installation in environments with risk of explosive gas or dust atmospheres.
No internal PC: it connects to any external PC or PLC certified for the corresponding ATEX zone.

When to use the PROTEx-M instead of the PROTEx?
The PROTEx-M is the display version of the PROTEx (ATEX Panel PC). Use the PROTEx-M when you already have a PC or PLC certified for the ATEX zone and only need a touchscreen. Use the PROTEx when you need both the computer and the display in a single unit in the ATEX zone.
